Shipping policy


ORDER PROCESSING

We are a small business and do our best to process and send all items within 2-3 business days (excludes holidays and weekends).  We custom manufacture some items which may slow this down a bit.  You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Wire Condo and Bonsai Shoes are custom manufactured.  All orders are put into our manufacturing que in the order in which they were received.  During our busy times it is possible for a delay of multiple weeks.  If timing is a possible issue, please contact us for estimated ship dates.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: All orders will be presented with shipping options that are calculated based on the item weight, box size, and distance from our shipping location. Estimated shipping times doe NOT include manufacturing time.

Free Shipping: We sometimes offer free shipping discounts and promotions.  If you receive free shipping, it will be the lowest cost shipping option available to us at that time.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time*, we do not offer international shipping, however we do plan to expand to other countries in the future.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable amount of time (5-9 business days), please contact us.


REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns that are postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. With the exception of returns for broken/damaged items, all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us ASAP with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

SHOW PICKUP

We attend 7-10 shows a year, mostly on the east coast. Please check our calendar to see if we may be attending a show close to your location, and we can arrange to bring your order for pickup at the show.
