Hyuga Pumice - Japanese Bonsai Soil Substrate - 16L bag (blue bag from Japan)

Hyuga Japanese pumice is popular in bonsai soil mixes over standard US pumice primarily due to it's darker (tan) color.  American pumice tends to be very white which can be distracting, but can be more porous depending on the source.
Hyuga pumice in the Blue Bag is pretty much a standard as far as pumice from Japan is concerned.  Very few other types of pumice are imported into the states.  Hyuga is used in most of our soil mixes and is a significant component.
